On the next Hearth’s Warming, the Pies visited the Apples at Sweet Apple Acres. On Hearthswarming morning, Marble came downstairs timidly wearing her new holiday socks, a gift she had received earlier from Pinkie. Big Mac noticed her from the corner of his eye, turned his head and immediately collapsed, foaming at the mouth and struggling against cardiac arrest. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where they were fortunately able to defibrillate him and restore normal heart function. The doctors at Ponyville General were at a loss, however, as to what might have caused the heart attack. After all, given Big Mac’s muscular build, young age and exceptionally healthy overall condition, somepony like him shouldn’t have to worry at all about heart problems.
 
… Unless of course somepony like him has a crush on Marble Pie, and she shows up wearing adorable socks like this. This is weapons-grade cute.
