In their youth, while their mothers visited, Flurry Heart sort of babysat Larkspur. At first, Lark didn’t know what to think of this large, fluffy princess, but as soon as she revealed herself to be a superb storyteller and playmate, he was hooked. At his request, she knights him and he pledges to protect her always. Something he takes very seriously. Brick Hoof follows in suit and becomes Flurry Heart’s second knight.
Flurry Heart takes after her father in body shape: bulky and very fluffy. As such, she not only packs on the pounds easily in muscle, but she appears all the chubbier with so much fur. Very un-princess-like. Something the socialite children take note of quickly, and she is teased terribly for her it. Of course, things only get worse when she goes through a particularly unpleasant molt, so she flees to the comfort of Fluttershy’s cottage. While she initially wanted to be alone, her little knights aren’t far away to offer kind words.
Larkspur, and twins Brick Hoof and Bastion Breeze enjoying a playdate once more at Fluttershy’s house. Brick and Lark loved to spar, while Bastion prefers gentler pursuits.
Larkspur inherited his mother’s beautiful singing voice. Something in him that has since been lost over the years, but every so often as a teenager, he will sing to animals. Only after he’s 100% no one else is in earshot.
