Zack’s full name is Zachary Penning Rhale. Zack is a plush pony who LOVES to cuddle. Born with plush soft hooves and a big, caring, loving heart, Zack will help anypony in need. If needed, he’s willing to give a friendly, comforting hug. Though not evil, Zack (and his sibling, Sophie), wants to keep special folk as a child, to take care of. Right now, Loyal is their target, since he’s basically orphaned.  
The truth is, Zack wasn’t always a plush. He used to be a normal pony, living a great life with his sister, Sophie. Zack loved collecting plushies. He just adored them. He had over 100 plushies, obtained from stores, carnivals, contests, even mail. But what Zack didn’t realize was that the plushies were magical. One night, Zack awoke to strange sounds, coming from Sophie’s room. When he went to investigate, he saw several of his plushies. They had swarmed over Sophie, loving and hugging her. When thet let her go, Zack was shocked with what he saw: They had turned Sophie into a living, Sophie-sized, walking, talking plushie. Because he cared so much for his sister, Zack allowed the plushies to turn him into a plushie, too. Now he dwells on Earth with Sophie, living with Loyal Defender, an orphaned human.Their mission is to be there for Loyal now.

Sophie’s full name is Sophia Penning Rhale. Sophie is a bit shy, so not much is known about her. Once she hugs you, it’s hard getting her to let go. She enjoys being around Loyal, but she has a hard time admitting her feelings to him. She still likes him, and snuggles him a lot. She has the power to charm you into loving her, or letting her love you. She has a sweet caring personality. She can also sing with a sweet, calming voice. (She’s not Pinkie Pie, despite looking like her). She was turned into a plushie by Zack’s plush collection. Zack soon joined her, because he loved her. Sophie now lives with orphaned human Loyal Defender. She has a crush on him, though she having trouble admitting it. Because her hooves are twice as soft as Zack’s, it’s hard to even think about trying to break free from such a comforting embrace once she embraces you. With her singing voice, she can lull anyone to sleep. Loyal won’t admit it, but he thinks of Sophie as a sweet, caring mother.
