Some facts about country accents:  
Applejack is the only main character who speaks with a country accent. Therefore, Big Mac, Apple Bloom and Granny Smith also speak country accents.  
These words are pronounced as different uses:  
You all = y’all  
You = ya  
I’m = Ah’m  
I = Ah

Ain’t is actually in the dictionary and has been for quite a few years, so it is a word
 
and no one ever said ‘ye’ . “YE” comes from the old lettering system in witch they used a symbol to represent the letters th together and when the first printing press came and they only having the english alphabet they used the letter closest to that sybol ‘Y’

“Y’all” is not really a colloquialism. From what I can gather (English is not my native language), it’s just a contraction of the words “you all”, which refers to the plural of the second person, as a form of differentiation for the pronoun. And yet people don’t seem to know how to use it properly.

Nope, that’s not what it means Applebloom. It’s filling a lexical gap found in the standard form. That your dialect is stigmatised doesn’t make it bad, don’t worry.
