If Starlight Glimmer adhered to Juche, she’d be a Unicorn supremacist, since Juche is essentially a cross between Maoism and Korean Nationalism. Nevertheless, I like the homage to Eternal President of the DPRK Kim Il-Sung.

I think it is the same text as the original poster. Looks close enough to me. South Korea uses simplified versions of the characters used in North Korea, so it wouldn’t look exactly the same.
 
I haven’t found a translation of this one from a verified source, but some pin on Pinterest translates it as  
Let’s arm with revolutionary thoughts of our great leader Kim, Il-Sung!
 
I think they mean “let’s arm ourselves…” but you get the idea.

Basically, if it looks like houses getting attacked by weird flying things, it’s Chinese, if it’s many flowing strokes, it’s Japanese, and here you can see (and infer from context) the Korean alphabet.

Well, i can’t really differentiate between both of them at first glance (still better than my differentiation skills on Chinese and Japanese) , and this looked like a Maoist poster i saw. now that i see it, this really looks like it is in Korean.
