Scootaloo and Flash’s daughter, Honoluloo is obsessed with body modifications, as you can clearly see. She is a rather calm mare, despite her loud and obnoxious appearance, though she is rude and lazy. Tattoo’s in Equestria aren’t made with ink, but spectra, pure color magic, and are not injected, but magically infused in their fur. Excessive modifications can cause ponies to have the spectra seep into their blood, while it doesn’t cause any damage, blood can turn odd colors because of it, which, more than once, has lead to accusations of being a changeling, as the blood of a changeling is blue. Back to Honoluloo, she has had her true cutie mark hidden under the spectra, and refuses to answer questions on her talent/real cutie mark. Most ponies consider her obnoxious and a delinquent, if not excessively bright and gaudy
