I just realized something; her name is Diamond Tiara, but those jewels on her cutie mark look more like pearls. The pressure her mother is putting on her “to be a diamond” is also causing her to crack and fracture.
 
She was always a pearl but is being forced to be like a diamond to appease her greedy, abusive mother.
