Not everyone does, some trolls just like to downvote it, because hating Sonic is kinda “in” now, sense his newer games aren’t as good as his old ones. (Though, opinions may very, as I liked some of his recent games, despite their issues.)
 
Also, some anonymous trolls love to spam the site with mediocre or bad Sonic pics to troll the Sanik-haters, and get reactions from them. Which also contributes to the “Sanik-drama” on the site, and makes the haters hate Sonic even more.
 
Regardless there are some Sonic fans on Derpibooru, we just aren’t as outspoken as the haters are. So not all of Derpibooru hates Sonic.

Why does everybody dislike Sonic the Hedgehog so much? I’ve never played it and I have no idea. Seriously, I am not critizing or anything, I just want to know.
