Well… Supposing that Anon knows the basic of Boolean algebra and computer logic, he can pass his knowledge to Twilight and build something…

That’s what the magic mirror is for. If you can’t go back to your family and friends, you can at least go to a place that has Internet. (You can even go on their 4chan and be the first person to shitpost in an alternate universe!)

It’d be difficult but not impossible, as long as you have a basic understanding of Boolean algebra and computer architecture to work from. The biggest hurdle would be practical: how do you make connectable logic gates using only Equestrian technology? Once you have that, it’s just a matter of building one piece at a time, going from ANDs, ORs, and NOTs to flip-flops, multiplexers, and adders, and finally to addressable memory, a rudimentary CPU, and an instruction set for stored programs. Even if you don’t currently know how to build any of those larger pieces, you should be able to figure it out with enough time, thanks to the relatively simple nature of Boolean logic.
