Yup, I’d imagine that IDW is trying to do what the show does, variety.
And when you try to produce different things for different interests, then the fans will end up with least favorite comics or least favorite episodes.
Idw comics seem to generate drama just by existing. I enjoyed the reflections arc from the comic, and I like Bramble the deer and Mina the dragon as characters.
The recent comic arc that had evil talking apples, and the one with the moon furbys makes me wanna take back all the good things I say about the comic.
Sometimes its just really hit or miss for me.
Well, maybe I avoid the parts of Derpibooru that involves racial slurs, I just enjoy watching drama over pony stuff, like a new episode doing something different, or a new idw comic contradicting head canons.
If it ever gets too boring just make a post that consists of nothing but the words “Anita Sarkeesian, Muslims, Lesbians, Gamergate, Black People” and roughly a third of the site will soil itself and roll around in it for the next eight or ten hours.
Hehe, I personally think that the drama kinda adds to the charm of this place, I’d hate to imagine that someday this website could actually become boring. :d
There are several of the mods and admins who still think allowing voting on images in the first place was a bad idea because of all the feral drama llamas it set loose; there’s no way in hay there’ gonna make up/down votes visible to the public.
Hehehe, it’s too bad we can’t see who down votes stuff, otherwise with just one down vote, I can only assume that it was Treehugger who downvoted it!
