Yeah it’s safe. I was in a hurry to get this uploaded, since I requested this done. I’ve requested many of these commissions, being a huge fan of RD and Rarity.
 
And there was a picture that showed plot and it was still marked safe so yeah, this is safe.

I would say that this is safe.  
I’ve seen more revealing outfits on Saturday morning cartoons.
 
Besides, having the small child there sorta removes any sexuality that may have been present in the image.
