grass found on the ground won’t necessarily be wheat, but a lot of it generally will include some wheat. many wild grasses are wheat varieties, just with smaller less starchy seeds. but also fescue, rye, bermudagrass, maybe some leafy stuff. dandelions and white clover thrive in grass that is mowed, because they can keep their leaves below a mower’s blade.
