The printing error was due to Derpy having to hire somepony she could afford on the commission budget, which is why she got a child. Derpy said she mentioned that Featherweight had no experience for the job, but apparently Cranky didn’t care at the time, he just wanted to pay half the usual rate. All things considered, the donkeys are lucky the year came out right.
Actually, it was a printing error. The donkeys were clear on what they wanted, but Pipsqueak failed to follow their instructions.
You should look into getting a trade license, such as for industrial inspections, or a CDL.

As someone who has worked in the hospitality sector* for over 10 years now, I can only agree.
*Restaurants and bars. Also includes hotels but I’ve not worked there.
