Quite a bit. Off the top of my head, I can remember Tarantulas referring to Quickstrike simply as “Fuzor” or “The Fuzor,” while Megatron himself told Silverbolt “I’ll tear you limb from mismatched limb, Fuzor!”
so quickstrike is an example of just being a maximal is not enough to be a good guy eh?
It could be the same thing that happened to Quickstrike, either a personality malfunction or he was just naturally prone to violence.

Not really Hasbro reusing the name but Takara and Tomy where not the same company at the time Zoids used the name and as Hasbro had nothing to do with the name of Tomy toys as they only licensed for the release of them in other markets.

yup. zoids was distributed by hasbro at the time so they kinda reused the name for that line as well.
why they didn’t make a tf-zoids crossover i don’t know. even now with tomy merged with takara, it’s even more baffling.
