Twilight was actually the villain in the image this was meant as a sequel to, so if anything it’s like the opposite of Tyrant Celestia.

Ahaha, Discord is so smalltime, He plays around far too much. If I but had his power, I would shower the entire universe with chaos! One day an appropriate draining spell shall be found, one day! I may even challenge the dragons’ emperor to a battle! He knows not how to utilize the true powers of chaos!

Also, wouldn’t this NLR bs be very psychologially taxing on Celestia?  
Think about it, She’s finally reunited with her sister after a 1000 year spell, and the first thing she does? Rally up a group of her subjects, turn them against her, and this time, don’t even have the excuse of a magically clouded judgement, in a conflict that will most result with one of them dead plus several hundred Equestrians, all to change a government system that wasn’t evil or opressive, and was actually doing a good job.  
Nice one!

I feel proud for never having bought into that NLR crap. Celestia was always my favorite Princess.

Oh,and to add,I always liked Celestia,but like Impious,I’ve only grown to like her more with time.It was the hardcore,idiotic who takes The Lunar Republic/Solar Empire seriously kind of Luna fans that made me love her even more that Luna.

Wouldn’t that be the grand irony? Luna wants the respect Celestia has, and Celestia wants nothing more than to be respected as a fellow pony the way Luna is.

Well the think is Luna is like because she’s the unloved underdog, but now people are starting to realized that Celestia is the unloved one of the two.

I always liked Celestia. With time I’ve only grown to like her more. She is in terrible need of an episode or two. She’s kind of been a major character since the pilot, after all.

I think I’d like Luna more if she’d been more of a character. She was this non-entity for the longest time, and it felt like the fandom was forcing her popularity. Meanwhile, Celestia is at least doing shit and she’s outright vilified. She didn’t really have any sort of fan following until season 2.

I guess Luna is somewhat relatable to en extent? But we still don’t know enough about her!
 
It’s a bit of the same with Princess Bubblegum and Marceline from Adventure Time.One is a Princess who takes duty seriously and the other one is rebellious demon.
 
Could it be because Luna seems to look more “edgy”? but that would contradict how fandom have been portraying her before Luna Eclipsed.Canon Luna was the best that could have happened to her,but still,most of them don’t seem to get past the Emoluna stuff.
 
I don’t understand why the fandom portray her as a nerd either.Like an emo version of Twilight.Especially in fanfics.

The best ones however, are not, because they have nothing to hide. The ones who do pull that shit are the ones I wish people would never vote for because they wind up being utterly useless.

Always thought that was a weird name because Luna isn’t being elected, unless the NLR wants to overthrow Celestia so they can have an official Best Sister Poll. Chancellor Lunatine though, I like the sound of that.
