Jesus, yes. The only major villain who hasn’t is Tirek, because 1. he doesn’t fuck around and 2. that’d be really very creepy.  
I should be used to it by now, but it never ceases to freak me out.

Most of the stallions were taller than the mares in the episode, and in one case of the cloak seller, he was a Big Mac build compared to the normal mare-ish stallions.
 
I did like that this was used more as a visual metaphor for that.

Which is significantly worse personal offense for horses. They apparently have a “bubble” of personal space which they tend to utilize in interactions between themselves.

Most of the villains like to get touchy with Twilight.
 
Not just Twilight, though. Look at the Sirens, they invade everybody’s personal space.  
It’s uncanny how touchy-feely most villains in this show are.
