I hope so. Octavia does seem to be the type of character who would have a British accent. Or whatever the pony equivalent of Britain may be.
Or maybe it’s the other way around, Rarity struggling to maintain her impartiality…and no way after what they managed with Kazumi are they gonna make Octavia not British.
Though I wonder which Pony is which judge. I’m betting Rarity is Snotty British Guy. And Vinyl will be the kooky, perky, babbling chick. Which means Octavia will be the guy who does the outdated references.
