If this is the style you draw in, keep up the practice and polish the style. The figure has a decent balance of weight from the hips and shoulders and the neck is in balance of the body. I had noticed that the weight of the body is on the left leg and her head is leaning to the right so you had an idea of balance, just trying to figure out where your placement o the knee a little more, but otherwise to get a good characterization of Twilight Sparkle, a book or two, would give a better emphasize her personality.
