I just wish the dolls had more creativity to them. You know, make them look more like humans rather than anther-like pony dolls. If kids wanted them in their “ponied-up” form, they should come with pony-ears headbands and clip-on extensions that look like tails.
I agree. The movies are written by the same great writers that wrote FiM, and the designs are nice. The dolls suck, as they look like blatant ripoffs of Monster High. Generally the toys are sorry excuses for physical versions of the MLP/EG designs. Just another classic example of Hasbro’s incompetency.
Thanks.
It’s not last place, it’s chronological order…
They’re really just a part of what Hasbro is doing in general. There’s a similar thing going with Marvel Superheroes at a similar age, and they even have the 0-3 target too.
The small parts probably keep them from marketing the POP line any younger. Personally, I find the concept amusing, though the execution is somewhat lacking; if I had money and time enough, I’d probably get several ponies and a playset or two from the line.
I too find that funny. How weird that the POP line is where it is though.
