It doesnt happen very often but sometimes I get little gifts (e.g. flowers or chocolate) from my patients or from the pet keepers. Especially the children are very eager to draw something for me while they are waiting the the waiting room.
Kid logic. She’s just a filly, she hasn’t much to give her in way of a reward, so she “can’t thank” her much.
