No, it’s quite a bad edit from EnterPlay… cleraly different shading <.<
What’s special about this card is that Blue have some extreme lack of vanilla friends, which makes it almost impossible to have blue as a functionable secondary color for anything other than extreme rush. Almost everything blue has have a 1 or more blue requirement to be able to be played.
