I don’t remember the sirens eating anyone in the version of the story I’ve read; just that they lured sailors to their deaths.
i know but for the setting/scenario, the boat (at least the sail) is pretty far fetched unless it’s in the modern times
The Vikings ranged amazingly far afield, from Newfoundland to the Middle East. Had the timing been a bit different, they definitely would’ve gotten tortillas from the Spanish.
Also, it’s a trio of fish-horse-sirens discussing which ship they’re going to sing to its doom. Are you really going to worry about an anachronism?
one of the sirens love the hell out of tacos so that boat is like her fav thing ever.
