@Ms. Harshwhinny
Thanks and I understand your reservation fully, which is why for fans who don’t pledge I still promise to post the contents from there onto other sites after a time.
So I leave no-one feeling cheated.
On a more serious note, have a history as an active user that fixes tags, sources or offers genuine help to other users, isn’t obnoxious, and then apply to be a mod.
@Ms. Harshwhinny
Supporting artists relieves pressure on them from other sources of funding allowing them to focus more on their craft while still pulling a negligible sum of money from yourself. While it’s true some patreons may be designed to abuse this, that’s no excuse to profile all patreons as bad and as such refuse to support them entirely.
@The Smiling Pony
Definitely no intention to group all mods together.
@Ms. Harshwhinny
In my experience, most hiveminds either become obsessed with the production of sugars, or end up talking in a shrill cacophony of wails.
@Clopitor_the_Hydrogenous
Clearly, My opinions do not represent the opinions of the entire administration as a whole.
Unless you figure that everyone who is volunteering to be an admin or a mod on a pony website is a collective hivemind. I mean, That’d just be dumb.
@The Smiling Pony
Seems like a waste of money to me, but you do what you want. I’d honestly rather put my money to use donating to keep the site running when I can, or investing in better things that I know would give a return. Mostly, a lot of artists use patreon to hold their projects hostage until a certain goal is met, and that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I’m glad that at least CBT isn’t doing it, But still.
I didn’t know they’d make a bearbee. Bugbears are D&D things.
“Bugbear”… wh- what how I don’t even
The truth unveiled. Harshwhinny just has no monies.
Well, Now I really want to make you my first patreon.
…. Nnngh. Do want. Do want do want.
Waaaant.
I’ll do it when I have monies.

Congrats on the Patreon. Despite my feelings on the matter, I do hope that it is successful.
Thank you~!
I’m just kidding, relax.
@Cold_Blooded_Twilight
Nothing that your Patreon page couldn’t answer :)
Congratz and thanks anyway!
What would you like to know? I’ll answer to the best of my abilities.
And we’re not even bickering. I’M just bitching. Jesus you people.
Heh, but you used both of them in this thread.
ONE.
ONE MOD.
GOD DAMNIT.
THIS IS WHY I HAVE SEPARATE ACCOUNTS.
Found mods bickering about Patreon.
Golden.
Battle TheFrowningPony to the death. If you win, you’re in. If you fail, You get kicked by a bugbear.
I have always wondered, how do you become a site administrator?
|| ALL GLORY TO HYPNOPONY ||
Das because you’re a dirty miser.
You’re assuming that I’m not obsessed with sugar.
@Warmitchine
But I am going to refuse all patreons anyways.
Now what?

Mod aren’t a homogeneous mass. Lord knows I support quite a few patreons and art folios and whatnot.
@Ms. Harshwhinny
Shrug. If it means an artist can create a pony image or two rather than mow the neighbour’s lawn for a few bucks…
