the enormous wings are only because the creator thought the “princess” gene was cool

When she was a child, her wings were too big for her body to support, so she always trips on them. However, Flash had the idea to tie a ribbon around her wings so that they could stay together, and it worked. So that’s why she wore this until her physical body could support her wings.
