Just because the voice actors are white doesn’t mean the characters are. this is the reason why Hasbro did not give them natural skin color.  
it is left for the fans interpretation.  
you see this video how they have real girls with natural skin colors, proves that we can see them whatever way we want.  
besides all of the Equestria Girls commercial have a different girl for each of them its never the same.  
so, that being said, dont force your dogma on someone and just have fun with it.

Indeed, Fluttershy do look cute.

I agree with ED-SKaR, there is no issue with a black girl portraying rarity, more that she doesn’t show the elegance of the character she is representing.

Of course they are not acting like them, it’s a 30 second commercial. What, you wanted all of them to have dialogue? And what do you mean they do not represent the characters they are portraying, what does that even mean. Are you talking about their appeareance? Well next time, you should try and find a blue and a purple 13 year old girl.

No racism, nothing of that sort. This video was probably made by a cheap production company who was given vague notes by a Hasbro rep. Look at the toys that Hasbro puts out that look nothing like anything in the show? Do you think they care if this bizarre little video is show or character accurate? hey should, at the very least so the Hasbro people can hold on to some shred of self-respect, but they don’t.

I don’t give a flying rats behind about her skin colour. Pick an elegant black girl to play rarity and it fits.
 
The girl who is playing rarity would actually suit Pinkie Pie rather well.
