Agreed.
I mean that the fact it was a Dash plush in it really meant nothing, and to want to kill Bay just for a Dash plush being in it, not if one thinks the move is bad or not, is nothing but the worse butthurt.
I ended up seeing the Bay TMNT, and other then the elevator scene(it’s is so fitting with any other TMNT) I hated it but I don’t want anyone dead because of that.
Yeah. I mean, I thought it was hilarious (though I should note that I haven’t seen the full movie yet although I do plan to at some point; I’d like to decide for myself whether it’s any good).
Ya, no one wants to know about butthurt over something so small and means nothing.
You do NOT want to know how much I want to murder Michael Bay after seeing the Rainbow Dash cameo.
Also “I’d really like some info on when we get new Rescue Bots episodes, I’m getting worried.”
Much better.
‘k.
How about “I don’t expect this show to be treated very well”?
Well you are coming off like that as you keep stating “it’s going to be trown out” or “it’s already screwed” and so on.
Maybe rethink how you word it.
I never said it was a fact. I never meant to imply that it was certain, just that it’s likely.
Only if you stop acting like it’s a fact the new show will get shut down just for a new movie and/or that it will be screwed over.
You only think that and that is not the same as a fact.
I’ll give you your first point if you admit that your second is not valid: a made-for-DVD side movie with limited theatrical showings is not the same thing as a giant summer blockbuster with a massive budget, and Transformers and MLP wouldn’t necessarily be playing by the same rules anyhow.
But like I said, they didn’t kill off Prime for Dark of the Moon.
And you stated it like Hasbro doesn’t want a show and movie at the same time, so by that logic of ignoring Prime and Dark of the Moon being out at the same time and the EqG was a MLP movie you are saying Hasbro throws out any show so a movie can be out, and there where two things to prove you wrong.
The EqG toyline and the normal pony toyline didn’t need to occupy the same place on the shelves. Plus those movies were supposed to work with the cartoon, rather than be a separate entity. Plus, Transformers and MLP don’t always get handled the same way anyhow, so your comparison isn’t necessarily valid.
Oh and “Hasbro themselves will kill it so it won’t get in the way of the next horrible movie” Then by that logic wouldn’t of FiM have been over when EqG was about to be put out, and then again with RR?
I don’t think the movies are bad but to point is if putting out a movie means the show is screwed then FiM would of been done with twice already.
Yet they didn’t kill off Prime for Dark of the Moon.
And the fact that the head of CN changed mean that it’s still just as screewed over when all the stuff that was was under the same guy.
Sorry but I am sick of people writing things off as screwed over when nothing has happened to it yet and are basing it off something no longer playing a part.
So stop saying the new show is screwed like it’s a fact, you THINK it is.
It’s not like it was a worse movie than Revenge of the Fallen.
@Jarkes
If anything, the situation is worse now, because Cartoon Network seems to have started stomping out action shows in general, like Sym-Bionic Titan and Generator Rex. So unless this guy you’re talking about did all of it, I don’t think RiD’s chances are great.
But that hardly matters, because even if it thrives, Hasbro themselves will kill it so it won’t get in the way of the next horrible movie.
Nice bait.
I’m just saying, unless the guy who recently got fired from his position (and was also the one who cancelled shows like Young Justice and Green Lantern because they attracted female fans) was the one responsible for all that, Hasbro going back to CN for their Transformers stuff is like an abused child crawling back to their abusive parents and begging for forgiveness.
Huh, hadn’t seen it before.
Duck uses Quack.
It’s not very effective.
Second of all, the fact that this new Transformers show will be on Cartoon Network changes nothing.
Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, Things change so I think it’s best for you to shut your mouth and accept it.
