Dem’s the rules. If you feel that strongly about it, you can discuss it here, or make your own forum topic, or PM a mod. Right now this image has Luna as a human, color and extra appendages notwithstanding, so it gets the humanized tag. Mark my words, you go tagging things like this as anthro and people will start complaining about how this is tagged wrong and that they want to filter humans.
Tagging this as anthro would be wrong, for the precise reason that she does not have a muzzle in this image.

That’s pretty ridiculous to include things like wings and horns and other junk. Last time I checked human beings didn’t have horns and wings. Is there some sort of agenda going on? What’s wrong with tagging this as anthro? It’s more accurate and it reduces the clutter at the tags.

Also, the local tag definition for humanized:
“A non-human character drawn as a human. May include a tail, wings, pony ears, or a horn. For humanized art with tails, wings, pony ears, or horns include also the tags tailed humanization, winged humanization, eared humanization, or horned humanization, respectively.”
And there’s the “pony coloring” tag for humanizations that have skin colors equal to their pony form’s fur color.
No, the point of distinction between anthro and humanized is that a) anthros have muzzles, while humanized ponies have human faces and that b) anthros generally have fur, while humanized ponies generally do not.
It says generally. Doesn’t say anything about being a requirement. As I said, humanized implies a human character, this isn’t human.
The tag definition for an anthro is: “Anthros are bipedal versions of four-legged creatures or characters and may have all hooves or hooves and hands or hands and feet, depending on the style of the individual artist. Anthros generally have tails and muzzles. Also boobs.”

No, semi-anthro is for when regular ponies are acting like anthros, like standing upright an holding things with their hooves and such. She’s human looking so that’s humanized.
