The ear-fluff is literally the only trait she has of being a bat-pony, but it’s a trait that can be present in any other type of pony, albeit rarely. She doesn’t have slitted eyes, she doesn’t have bat-wings, and she doesn’t have fangs.
Also, bat alicorn? Dropped so hard its grandchildren are going to have brain damage.
She has the ear-fluff, and one of her parents was a bat pony alicorn.
