Seems more like thoughtless shock to me, I’m pretty sure she’s really unused to anything even visually harming her, much less having cuts all over her body

Not to mention our planet is like one big Everfree Forrest for them. Our whole world would be scary. Even simply flying into a brick wall could be potentially fatal on Earth… in Equestria it is just a bit painful.
 
As for poor Rainbow Dash, she seems to have a confused “why did that hurt me?”. Wouldn’t surprise me if her next thoughts were “what is this red stuff coming out of me?” then again she does get injured quite a bit even in Equestria so she might know full and well that she is bleeding.

I always had the idea of a ponies on earth fic where the cast comes in and starts doing things that become difficult or dangerous here; pegasi find it a lot harder to fly since their wing-body proportions are off, bucking trees ends up just leaving marks on them at best, and pinkie and her tendencies to push and pull and tackle her friends starts getting painful real hard, not to mention hammerspace being completely nullified.
 
And all that without mentioning magic or how stuff like having huge eyes ready to catch tons of things in the wind being troublesome, or how they might realize they all look exactly the same except for colors and eyes.

it is a headcanon of mine that Equestria does have flat out different physics. Such as blunt force require much more energy to do any serious damage, which is why Twilight could survive having a piano landing on her head and Applejack wasn’t injured helping Rainbow Dash in Applebuck Season.
 
As a result, humans who come from a place where physics are far less forgiving have evolved to be more resistance to harm. So a human in Equestria would be view as tough as nails when it comes to injuries.
 
Also Rainbow Dash is lucky none of that glass got into her eyes.
