This was made before the C&D happened so it’s not gonna get animated without Hasbro’s OK. Jan is not violating anything, he just showed what he could, and he knows way better than you since he also said he’s constantly in contact with the legal team.

I was at his panel from start to end and he didn’t say that it shouldn’t be filmed/uploaded or anything. If he said it, which i doubt because i was focused on the panel so i wouldn’t have missed it, it must’ve been during the crowd intensifies moments due to someone saying button’s mom and i really doubt he would’ve said something important while no one would’ve been able to hear it. If he had asked us not to film/upload this i wouldn’t even have taken this picture, or at least just use it for private purpose only.

Didn’t stop people from uploading all his other videos onto other channels when they got taken down. One channel doing that even called itself “JanAnimations,” which is just plain wrong.

ok the post sounds mean, I hate how text sounds when you read it as bland as possible, can’t convey body language or emotion in it at all.

I dunno, maybe i figured people would respect the wishes of someone who was struggling to put out this type of content. as amazing as it was to see the animatic, it really should be up to jan if he wants it to go public, and not to the 103 people who saw it in his stream.
 
again, maybe i’ve been away for too long or am thinking of the fans back in 2012. (not trying to sound mean here)

Hopefully he’ll be able to put ALL of his videos back up… I still have the “Private Video” links to them in my playlist, because I don’t want to put someone else’s uploads of them into my playlist… It just wouldn’t feel right to me…
 
But yeah, these things take time. And demanding that they allow the videos back NOW won’t make it happen any faster (I saw some people doing it while the controversy was still fresh).
