and no it hasn’t. each villain had its own level of threat in its own way. discord for his difficulty to defeat. chrysalis from cunning and her kind’s disguise ability and vampiric tendencies.
 
so called discount satan had the ability to steal the very power of magic from others. he was a foe they could nto defeat because he had grown strong neough to steal alicorn magic. all he would need is to take just one of tehri magics and he would get the edge.
 
also of fucking COURSE the canon characters take precedence!!! its fanfiction for fuck’s sake. without mlp this would just be the story of a anthro zebra and nothing else.

The show’s discount Satan could defeat them. Why not another character. Oh wait, they aren’t canon so it’s not real is it? Let’s be serious now people, if someone wants to run a blog where someone seizes power from your precious canon characters than let them do it. The show already has dragonball z syndrome when it comes to villians as it is so I think it isn’t impossible to see another foe take them out again. And I believe she did it without brute force? So who’s to say that she could actually take the mary sure princesses?

as dumb as the idea of her someho defeating FOUR ALICORNS AND A DRACONEQUUS, i do have to say her backstory is actually pretty interesting. dark powers since birth yet not inherently evil.
