The minor brief drama of “Feeling Pinkie-Keen” supposedly “promoting religion” (which it wasn’t) and offending atheist fans comes to mind… (I honestly feel there are just as many “athiest-fanatics” as there are religious fanatics. I’ve caught crap from both sides.)

Don’t underestimate the number of salty atheists in this fandom.

I don’t see any relevance between the quote and the screencap, it’s kind of lazy, and I don’t exactly cover my wall in official biblical merchandise posters, the way I (hypothetically speaking, since I don’t do merch for any fandom) do for ponies or my favorite video game.

Probably, or they just don’t like copying, and pasting text on pony images.
 
Still, I don’t think people should get so bent, or offended over quoting the Bible, (it’s a pretty innocent quote overall, not like it’s one of the “violent/war” moments) it’s no different then quoting other famous books, movies, other religions, philosophy, mythology, and such really that people are perfectly fine with quoting.
 
And if somebody goes, “Well those aren’t B.S.” or something, (like they always do everytime religion is brought up on this site) don’t be a dork…

Are people really thumbing this down because it quotes the Bible?

But will my cheese makers be blessed?
