I would change:

While I wouldnt put her at gifted she is clever and creative, which would be very useful in a fight considering her abilities. So a 3-3.5?
 
>Fighting Ability  
Based on how she was apparently able to hold her own in the changeling fight despite not having much in the way of crazy powers Id say a 4.
 
Oh and energy projection down to 4. It’s more about finesse than power with Rarity

You guys are forgetting that she makes her own styles which means creativity, can easily remember names and faces, and is pretty clever and wily  
Id give her a 4 on intelligence

I’d lower it by one to Medium Range and duration. She can pull off fancy looking spells and is a one mare fashion show, but she’s not as skilled with energy as Cyclops or as powerful as Storm.

She can throw a mean punch and did a sweet karate kick on AJ, so I guess I can believe this. I mean, you can’t be fabulous if you’re not fit!

Isnt she a kung-fu master? Nahhh, 3 is good enough. As well as a surprising 3 in streight. She can carry Tom around afterall.
