strength, speed, stamina and fighting ability are all grossly exaggerated.  
Yes she has magic but pretty sure energy projection covers that.
 
And she is not a genius

I don’t think this show will ever feature guns, much less a character getting shot, so… But for reference, this would mean Twilight’s as sturdy as Ghost Rider and Luke Cage and tougher than Wolverine and Deadpool. Hmmm, nah.  
>Twilight Fighting Ability: 4(Experienced Fighter)  
This category has nothing to do with effectiveness as a fighter (or how many magic bolts she can shoot), but rather the character’s training, experience, and combat know-how. That’s why freaking Galctus has a 2(only knows how to smash the crap out of you) and why Cap has a 6(master at several fighting arts and possesses a brilliant tactical mind). Anyway, there’s no proof that she’s a secret Shaolin monk, so…

Altered Stats:  
Intelligence: 5  
Strength: 3  
Speed: 4  
Stamina: 5  
Energy Projection: 6  
Fighting Ability: 4

Speed Down by three points cause teleportation is a spell, not an inate ability. Speed has to count reflexes, of which Twilight has proved many times to have almost none.
 
Strength is two points lower. Applejack confirmed that Twilight is physically the weakest pony, and when they fought, she is the less reliant on strength. Any of them could have lifted Tom, but others have been capable of much bigger feats.
 
Energy Projection is correct. It would of been a full 7 if not for the fact that she was born a unicorn with great intelligence but no magical talent. All her magical energy in her body comes from Dash’s excess power. Even as an adult, she cannot control her ‘own’ magical energy completely, like her and Spike’s very painful transportation.
 
Fighting ability should be one point higher. While she is a glass cannon, she is still capable of defeating quite a few enemies.

Thanks. I brought up the official Marvel Power Grid page on their website, and Stamina read as Durability, so whatever.

I like your input Splinter, and I might even edit some stats based on them. But keep in mind that the 4th stat is stamina, not durability.

Eh, not really, I’d subtract by one to Gifted, to Spider-man’s level.

She could lift Tom by herself with a LOT of effort, so I guess this is alright. Just to be safe I’d lower it by one to Peak Human because I don’t agree with her being stronger then Cap.  
>Speed: Teleport/Instant  
True. At her normal running speed she’d be solidly in Normal.  
>Durability: Regenerative  
The gags in FPP aside, she hasn’t really shown that she’s in Wolverine and Deadpool territory(that papercut stuck to her for a while.) I’d go down by one or two to Normal or Enhanced at the most(again, don’t like the idea of her being better than Cap.)  
>Energy Projection: Able to discharge multiple forms of energy  
I’d lower it by one to Long Range and >Durability, single Energy type, since she’s only good at magic and not, say, breathing fire or zapping with electricity. And really, Twi being as good as Doctor Doom and Thor?  
Fighting Skill: Some training  
No evidence of that, lower it by one to Normal.  
I’m pretty conservative because Capcom got it all wrong in the original MvC3.
