How does this fetish even work.

I’m mainly curious as to why Pipsqueak. I think Rarity would be a better choice due to the whole getting kissy kissy with Celestia’s hoofs.

if there’s one foot fetish that gets me, it’s not about those who are already obsessed both visibly and internally about someone like Pipsqueak, but someone hiding said obsession. That alone makes the humiliation aspect just, splendid..
 
for example, Discord secretly having a fetish for Celestia, the same powerful and infamous Discord, being both technically and literally submissive to Celestia. I can already hear Celestia’s taunts and comments in my mind…
