Fluffies haven’t been really portrayed as empathetic, at least recently. That’s one of the main problems about the over-abundance of abuse art, which gets carried away with the gore and demeaning fluffies.
 
And its true that fluffies don’t usually realize that ferals don’t have a home like they do. That’s what makes Avocado unique. I can think only one other picture (one by Foxhoarder) that demonstrated this level of empathy. Its the kind of trait and story I wish more people had depicted in fluffies.

Being empathetic to a fault is one of fluffies classic defining traits. Unless you mean that fluffies simply don’t usually realize that ferals don’t have a home like they do.

That is a /very/ intelligent fluffy. Thinking of the welfare of others didn’t seem that common of a trait amongst others.
