You’d have to rough it out with apoxie-sculpt or another incredibly strong clay and finish the look with a dremel once the clay has hardened. Then eventually install said horn during the rest of the sculpt. Chrysalis is labor-intensive.

Her horn doesn’t have holes anyways. It’s twisted/crooked, like we see here, but not holed.
Do you even know how hard it is to sculpt tiny parts to begin with?!
I spent days trying to make a chrysalis horn once out of clay, and I failed making it even look halfway okay.
