I’ve seen a roughly equal amount of single and double-fang art; this image could be either.
 
But yeah, some people like the cute quirkiness of a single fang, while others think it’s neat that Discord’s friend has a Discord-like fang.
 
Noone can tell if it’s one or two, so it’s fun to play with both possibilities as DHX never brought it up.
