(fun fact: long ago I had a cat I loved like a daughter. One day she wouldn’t sit still in my lap and kept being affectionate but walking all over causing friction which lead to some…. swelling. At that point I began to get very uncomfortable with the situation so I held her to my chest and leaned back on the ground. It was at this point that one of her yearling kittens who was thus like a grand kid came up, put both paws over…. the swelling, and began to kneed her paws. I bolted and considered a shower.)
