He’s just someone who uploads videos for fun, nobody tells you what’s “good” or “bad” for you, it’s just the price of being TOO popular, many people loves him, but so many hate him.
It happens with mlp too, this little website (compared with youtube) has many pewdiepie haters, because this website is about a exclusive topic…MLP, if this was an open topic website, the Score level would be different.
Don’t forget about the infamous ‘STOP COPYIN’ PEWDIEPIE, HE PLAYED THIS GAME FIRST AND YOU’RE JUST COPYING HIM!’
He popularized some pretty crappy trends. Namely:
-Face-cam, which people think is an appropriate substitute for actual commentary.
-Custom thumbnails with the uploader/game character making a stupid face
-Playing indie horror games as soon as they come out, ruining the atmosphere
His commentary also consists of shrieking like an idiot and making crude dirty jokes, which many wannabes have seen fit to imitate. Just look up “Adults react to Pewdiepie”.
As far as I understand, his fanbase can be a bit rabid.
