Celestia has just been turned down - and rather heartlessly at that - by the one pony she thought loved her for who she is, rather than for the crown she wears. Suddenly, Celestia is no longer the perfect mask of stoicism and composure.
 
And then we have Trixie. No one deserves to lose everything - their home, reputation, dreams - over mere white lies. Trixie should have begged for forgiveness, but how could she ever go back now? She was never seen again. Whether she made it to the big time or lies in a shallow, unmarked grave outside of Fillydelphia, nopony is certain. The Great and Powerful Trixie was never seen again.
