And you logic is flawed in assuming that by removing the tag ‘artist:pikapetey’ means you not make any claim on his art.  
That makes you look like you are talking BS and makes it look bad for you, the tag is there to credit him for his work but on the tag changes page it shows three time it was removed by “Background Pony (Anonymous Uploader)”, if that was you then you where trying to not give him credit.  
My logic is if poster is trying to not give proper credit the the artist who’s work they used then goes and removes the tag for it a number of times they are not being honest so why believe them any other things they say.  
Sorry but you dug your own hole here, I’m not being stupid I’m just going by the info I have and it says you when trying to hide somthing.

Also I find it funny the uploader kept removing the ‘artist:pikapetey’ tag when it’s his gif that he drew every frame for, it’s not helping it look credible.

Okay fine then it was drawn, by tracing the very same image in paint  
Key way to tell it wasn’t drawn is how the lines are not very smooth around the ear before zooming in at all, unlike the petey’s gif, you can see the pixelation from the cut clear as day.  
Next time don’t try and say it’s more the it is without first looking to see a if there is a glaring flaw to poke a hole in your story.
