It’s actually derived from a line from “Devotions upon Emergent Occasions” (John Donne, 1694). It was later used as a title for an Ernest Hemingway novel (who Hummingway the hummingbird is named after).

I’m probably thinking that after Sweetie Belle sabotages Rarity’s work, she either starts feeling guilty about what she did, or starts dreaming that Rarity’s out to ruin her life in some way, and refuses to see Rarity eye-to-eye until Luna intervenes.
