Holes for the wings in the outfit are possible though.
Also, wings don’t typically grow over clothing.
I’m not sure path tools are in GIMP though…
Technical critique: I can see that you simply added a wing and a horn to an existing PNG of Maud. The problem is that the edges of the wing and the horn are not cleaned up well enough. I would suggest that you use path tools to draw them smoothly.
