If I had to guess, I’d say she pulls it off so perfectly because it isn’t hard to imagine Pinkie acting like a foal. Just try it; she’s sitting there with her toys on the floor, making a castle out of building blocks and legos, then she grabs a doll and storms the fortress walls by throwing it at it.
