Well, In terms of design, I was very skeptical as to how it was going to turn out.
I was going for a stallion similar to Twilight, however, in a special way that is different. Both in color, style of mane and tail, and personality. Especially the cutie mark. Look closely to make a comparison.
In terms of hue, he’s almost all blue. A color I adore, yet the design needs something more. Some contrasting colors, not like the others, so that Shine might draw my eye whilst he passes me by.
The cutie mark is bright like a spark, and leaps off the blue, which was a good choice by you. Yet his eyes are still blue, which isn’t as new. My eyes go to his flank, and I must be frank; we need to focus on his face, with a warm color’s trace. Maybe some orange… or…
