General bio:
 
Claire is a perfect mixture of her parents. She is very intelligent and witty but will have her dumb moments every once in a while (espescially when really, really angry). She is also a very curious one. That gets her in trouble sometimes. As a filly, she would get bullied a bit but not too much since she was able to handle herself and scare off anypony who would mess with her with her aggressive nature. Because of this she has slight trust issues and that keeps her from making more friends. (She just sticks with the ones she has) She can seem cold sometimes (mostly for intimidating purposes as shown in “The Prank”) She wouldn’t hesitate to knock a pony who got on her nerves out but since her mother is Rarity, she learned to just be very smart with her words. (Her diction is quite similar to Rarity’s as well. It’s a little less formal however.) So as a result, she would not get picked on but she still didn’t have many friends. Claire lived in Canterlot with Spike and Rarity for a few years and when T was around 5, they moved to Ponyville. Claire now has her own jewelry shop in Ponyville called Hearthfire Jewellery. It started off as a small extension of Carousel Boutique. Claire isn’t too great with kids. She’d never hurt them or anything; they just make her… uncomfortable. Other than her out of control temper, Claire is actually very mature, wise beyond her years and rational. She’s also quite the love expert. Claire is quite fearless but has an issue with deep waters where she can’t touch the bottom. She hates to admit it so when asked to swim, she usually just says that she doesn’t want to get her mane wet.
 
Relationships:
 
Though you might think that she would be a sort of punk or rebel to her parents, she never went through that stage. Being the intelligent and rather mature dragon-mare she is, she developed a great respect for her parents at a early age. She and Spike rough-house a lot while she and Rarity do a lot of girly things. Claire doesn’t care for it so much but she just goes with the flow. Rarity also taught her a lot about being an entrepreneur.
 
Claire primarily hangs around her brother since she thinks that he’s the only one that can really relate to her. Besides T, she spends a lot of time with Illusion. He comes by Ponyville whenever he can to spend time with her. They have a playful relationship. She isn’t seen with the other 5 as much since she does work and is with Illusion most of the time but they are all still her friends. Red June was her first friend in Ponyville.
 
She has one cousin: Pixel Bit. Claire loves her but she finds her energy to be a little too much. She has a hard time communicating with Pixel and just doesn’t know what to do with her sometimes.
 
Talent/Abilities:
 
Abilities (in terms of how pony like or dragon like she is): Claire can use magic but it is pretty weak. She only uses it for levitation, as a source of light in dark places and to use her fire. Using fire drains her energy when used excessively. She is agile and a very fast runner. She has sharp fangs but the rest of her teeth are normal. She prefers pony food but does sometimes eats very tiny gems.
 
Talent: Claire’s talent is crafting gems and making jewelry. She is able to find them easily like her mother but she just uses her nose to sniff them out. Her fire is used to refine them and melt the metals for the jewelry she makes them into after.
