Oo I do believe this one was referring to the fat that makes the rear all warbly(yes that is the only way to properly describe the way a rear with a healthy amount of fat moves) and soft. Not everyone prefers an athletic body type and this person felt that trimming all the fat would eliminate a certain pleasing element of the rear. This is less a problem with anatomy but one with preferences.
