There is one more thing she could go through by the end of the story. Not sure if the author is cruel enough to make it happen or not but considering the story’s track record, anyone and anything is fair game.
 
(Won’t go into detail for the sake of avoiding spoilers for those who haven’t glanced at it yet but if you’ve read the recent stuff you probably have a pretty good idea already)
