Rule 63.45: In the event that My Little Pony products are thrown on the ice that interfere with the progress of the game, the referee shall blow the whistle and stop the play and the puck shall be faced-off at a face-off spot in the zone nearest to the spot where play is stopped. If these toys are thrown onto the ice following a goal by the home team in regulation time, a bench minor penalty will be automatically assessed to the home team. The penalty cannot be issued if there is a hat trick, an overtime goal, or a regulation win by the home team.
